Sustainability Initiatives

To meet the diverse needs of our customers, we conduct our global business observing the management philosophy of "Create the Next by Advanced and Innovative Technologies". To embody such philosophy, we have established the "AIMECHATEC Code of Conduct" as a legal and ethical code of conduct.
Under strong leadership of our top management, each executive and employee will put it into practice, fulfill our social responsibilities and contribute to society.
One of the " AIMECHATEC Code of Conduct " items reads "Proper Information Disclosure and Information Protection". Based on this requirement, we will thoroughly protect not only our own information, but also important information and personal information of other companies, prevent leakage of confidential information and prevent insider trading.

Information Security Subcommittee

We organized an Information Security Subcommittee to ensure that we can continue our business activities safely and securely. This subcommittee consists of the information systems department (secretariat) and security personnel from each department and share information within the group and keep abreast of the latest trends.

Information Security Measures

For proper management of confidential information, they must be objectively recognizable as being treated as confidential.
We classify those as confidential information and manage according to the classification. In addition, to protect them, we take information security measures from three perspectives: human, material, and IT.

Information Security Measures

Human: Information Security Training

To protect information, each employee’s awareness is important. To enable them to think independently about how to handle the information in their hands and implement countermeasures, we provide education, share knowledge about information security, and inform employees about how to respond to security incidents and how to prevent recurrence through case studies.

Physical: Obvious and Safe (Premises Security)

The areas that employees and visitors can enter are clearly defined, and visitors are not allowed to enter areas other than guest areas.

IT: Invisible Protection

We use IT systems to prevent human error such as accidental leaks and misuse due to ignorance, we also implement multi-layered measures to protect against external cyber-attacks. To protect against cyber-attacks which are becoming more diverse every day, we obtain the latest vulnerability response information, fine-tune the settings of our security devices, and strive to detect signs of unauthorized access and incidents as early as possible.
