Basic Policy for Sustainable Procurement
We, AIMECHATEC Group, based on our management philosophy of “Create the Next by Advanced and Innovative Technologies,” shall proactively work on building a sustainable society while maintaining respectable relationships with all stakeholders and harmonizing with society and global environment. For this purpose, we establish and realize the following basic procurement policy.

We will comply with, maintain, and improve the quality and safety requirements for our products and services as given by related laws, regulations, and safety standards.
7.Responsible Sourcing of Minerals
We are committed to responsible procurement activities to avoid procuring parts and materials that contain conflict minerals (tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold) and cobalt, etc., that are likely to be involved in support for armed groups, human rights violations such as child labor, corrupt practices, and environmental destruction in conflict-affected and high-risk areas.
8.Information Management and Protection of Intellectual Property Rights
Regarding confidential and personal information obtained through business activities, we will endeavor to strengthen defenses against threats on computer networks, including cyber-attacks, and strive to prevent leaks, protect, and manage that information. We will also respect the intellectual property rights of third parties and procurement partners.
